I am writing this letter of
endorsement for Chef Valerie Woods. The Georgetown University
Caribbean Project holds two to three events each month for the policy
makers, academics and government officials in the Washington, DC area
services. We use Chef Valerie for 90% of our events (We are required to use
other catering services for meetings held at Georgetown University's Leavey
Conference Center as well as Capital Hill).
Chef Valerie has
proven to no only be extremely reliable and professional, but she also
provides delicious food at a reasonable price. Chef Valerie has done a
variety of events for us. We primarily hold morning meetings where we serve
light breakfast trays. However, we also hold approximately six lunch
meetings a year and occasionally after hours receptions with hors d'
oeuvres. Chef Valerie's food is always very well received by our guest and
contributes to a professional and enjoyable environment.
