• We will shop for the groceries, come to the client's home prepare several entrees at one time in the client's kitchen, then package and store them for the client to enjoy at their leisure. By preparing meals in this manner, it makes the service very affordable for the consumer.

• Private cooking classes specialize in low fat, vegetarian cuisine and customizing class to client's needs and learning capabilities
